I'm really starting to like the #stationaryrow as a warm-up tool, especially now that I'm going straight to the gym from work. It's essentially a full body warm-up. Following that were one set of #bodyweightsquats x10, #squat x45x2x5, 95x1x5, and 145x3x5, #benchpress x70x3x5, and #deadlift at 135x1x5, 225x1 x5, 275x1x5. I think I'm finished with 20lb jumps in the Deadlift. It's getting harder, especially since I'm using a clean/pronated grip and I so t want to stall just yet.
