Legend: No it’s not its 100% the destination.  

- (Wind doing something very epic)

Wind: Did everyone see that? Because I will not be doing it again.  -

(Time being upset about fierce deity)

Wind: The problem is not the problem; the problem is your attitude about the problem.  -

Linebeck: How the blaze did you get off that island? 

Wind: When you marooned me on that godforsaken island, you forgot one very important thing, mate. I’m Link hero of the Wind’s.  -

Wind: I have no sympathy for any of you feculent maggots and no more patience to pretend otherwise. Gentlemen, I wash my hands of this weirdness. -

Tetra: The world needs you back something fierce!

Linebeck: A dark shadow has appeared and let blackblooded monsters into the sea and, they control the Ghost Ship.

Niko: Their taking over the sea!

Gonzo: The song has already been sung! The brethren court is called!

Wind: I leave you people alone for just a minute and look what happens, everything's gone to pot! -

Legend: Who is this traitor?

Four: Not likely one among us.

Hyrule: Where's Wild?

Wind: Not among us. -

(Lifting up a hourglass and dancing around) 

Wind: Look what I got! I have a hourglass full of sand, I have a hourglass full of Sand and guess what’s inside. 

(Everyone looks as him dumbfounded because their in a hostage situation)  -

Spirit: You’re mad. 

Wind: Thank goodness for that because if I wasn’t this’d probably never work. - 

(During the events of lu) 

Warrior: Yes, the rum is gone.

Wind: Why is the rum gone? 

Warrior: One, because it is a vile drink that turns even the most respectable men into complete scoundrels. Two, that signal is over a thousand feet high. The entire Royal Army is out looking for me. Do you really think that there is even the slightest chance that they won't see it?

Wind: But why is the rum gone?

(Later during the war of ages) 

Wind: Captain!

(Turns to Tetra) 

Wind: Hide the rum.  -

(One Tetra’s Ship) 

Sky: Zelda, will you marry me?

Sun: I don’t think now is the best time! 

Sky: Now may be the only time! I love you. I’ve made my choice. What’s yours? 

Sun: Tetra! Marry us! 

Tetra: I’M A LITTLE BUSY AT THE MOMENT!

Here's all nine of the featured Heroes. It took me a while to get to this point but made it nonetheless. Also the series' now renamed to just [SPIRITS Series]....for lore reasons I have in mind.

It will take me a while to complete all nine parts so please bear with me for taking so long. I hope to complete this series within this year!

Kay due to @silvercaptain24 asking who you wanted to be assassination a few days ago. Reminded me of fic idea I had but once again probably will not get to write. 

SO 

Imagine with me the chain is in Wars timeline, everything is fine and dandy, and Wars is really excited to take his family to the castle so they can rest. Only thing is a lot of people seem to recognize Wind. Wars and Time both realize they probably should keep Wind away from anyone and everyone that might give it away that he’s fought in the war of ages, because that would be showing him his future, and they can’t have that. They let the others know, and all agree to help hide that fact, and they even get Wars Zelda and Impa to agree as well. So theres a large painting of all the warriors in the war of age, haha nope gotta hide that. What’s this a statue of Wind. What nooooooo thats not Wind. Stuff like that. 

However YOU CAN’T HIDE THINGS FROM A PIRATE! So Wind knows somethings up, but chooses to ignore it. Fast forward to a informal party hosted by Zelda to celebrate the return of the Captain, only thing is an assassin shows up, and everyone assumes, hes after Zelda or the Captain. Leaving his real target, Wind wide open. It take a second to realize what was going on, but it be a second to late because in that second, our Sailor have a dagger in his chest. As you can imagine, all of them be horrified, but Time and Wars are beyond that. Rushing to the boys side as hes gagging on blood. 

Fast forwards again, and Wind is okay, not 100% better but okay. Only thing now he is forced to stay in the castle and is not allowed to leave it’s grounds, without guards or a servant or anyone. Wind says this is unfair, and the rest of the chain is like, to bad you nearly died, we’re not letting that happen again! So why the chain is off trying to figure out what’s going on, and keeping the sailor in the dark, Wind will decide to explore the palace. If their keeping him locked up, at least he can have some fun. Only thing is, he finds a SECRET TUNNEL! And go in, and find himself outside the castle walls. 

Around that same time another assassin would get in, trying to finish Wind off, and the entire castle go on lockdown, not realizing the target is outside. So when Wind tries to get back in, a guard will tell him he can’t. Which is honestly fine with Wind because he wanted to explore the town anyway, and he does.

While in the city, a old man calls over to him, proclaiming how good it is to see him again, and how his order is finally ready after all these years, which confuses the boy, but the old man seems admit, so he follows. The old man would hand him a very large box, and inside the box, are 14 very elaborate lockets, each looking similar to on of his brothers. The old man say, “Yep and this ones yours honestly the hardest one I’ve ever made but as expected since you wanted so many pictures in it.” Wind would open it, and find, a picture of every brother in group, plus one more that looked so much like him, with a young lady that looked like Tetra. Him and Tetra, Him and Grandma, Him and Aryll, Him and Malon, the list keeps going. However, when you fold it back up, the final two pictures, would be one of him and the chain, and of a much younger looking Captain, a small boy in Green, the same young man that looked a lot like him, and a much older looking Wind. 

With that Wind would put the pieces together and rush back to the castle. Because he realized, his brothers aren’t being mean, or over protective, Wars and Time, are trying to protect his future, so they can help save their past.

The Chain's preferred cup of tea. Because I've lost my mind.

Sky: Chai, specifically the more "spicy" blends. It gets cold up in Skyloft, and the Skyloftians use it to warm themselves up.

Four: Black tea, but usually drinks coffee instead. Though he will enjoy a nice cup of Oolong.

Time: Herbal teas. Anything with dried berries, herbs, or flowers, and he's drinking it. It's a holdover from his time with the Kokiri, and it's not leaving him.

Twilight: Black tea, he doesn't have access to coffee like Four does. He's a rancher, he's gotta be up early.

Warriors: Green and Black tea, but his are really expensive and fancy because a captain's salary can afford it and dammit he deserves it.

Wind: Chai, for the same reasons as Sky, but he prefers the sweeter blends. He still mostly drinks rum and grog let's be honest.

Legend: If it's soothing and relaxing, he's drinking it. A lot of his blends aren't even from Hyrule these days.

Hyrule: Herbal teas like Time and Matcha for medicine. He's a healer, so of course he's got some medicinal teas on hand.

Wild: Yes. He just likes tea. He creates his own all the damn time. Once, he tried to make tea out of birch leaves.

Spirit: Black breakfast tea with cream and sugar.

[LinkedUniverse AU]: Farore's Spirits - 8 / 9 Heroes and their Spirits.

Note: the sketch colours do not have any significant meaning and is mostly part of how I differentiate multiple characters on the same page.

Here are the original 2021 sketches that are part of the Farore's Spirits. This is a redrawing of the original Farore's Spirits which I did tease about back...on January 2022 but then stuff happened. And it has been sitting in my WIP folder since then. :')

This is for a headcanon / fun idea of the nine Heroes gaining an animal spirit companion which represents their strongest attributes. And they are all are originally "blessings" from Farore, though this may changed along with what Wild's role is with the new context from TotK. Hence why Wild's not included in this set.

Will I ever come back and finish these off? Mayhaps. It will be while though... :D

For this year's celebration, I wrote a tiny little side story about Spirit's return to New Hyrule. Please give it a little read. I am actually pretty proud of this one.
