Before I successfully released over 70 pounds, I had tried to lose weight a thousand times.

I thought I needed to restrict myself and eat crazy tiny portions.

So, on all of my attempts, that's what I did: eat so little, that I ended up incredibly hungry by the end of the day. So hungry, that overeating at my next meal was inevitable.

Of course that overeating would make me feel ashamed and terrible about myself. To make up for it, I thought I needed to restrict myself the next day even more.

I was stuck in an endless cycle of overeating and restricting.
🌱
It was miserable, and I wanted nothing more than to get out of this cycle.

And then I read about a whole, raw plant food diet. It sounded crazy to me at the time, but I was desperate so I decided to give it a try.

And I'm not kidding when I say it changed my life!

Eating whole, raw plant foods allowed me to get back in tune with my body's true hunger signals and cues of satisfaction. It enabled me to stop eating when satisfied.

That's right; no more overeating!

I eat when I'm hungry, and stop when I'm satisfied.
