NOTE: I had to delete the brown terrain paint in the pictures, because no matter what I did, it just kept flashing blue when I re-entered the lot. Sorry about that, I have no idea what’s caused this; hope it doesn’t mean this lot hates terrain paints completely.

Included in the .rar are default white roof trim and grid-off for Maxis rugs. I’d seriously recommend you to use Clean Installer for this lot, since there is some other CC included too.

The grass terrain paint in the original post is actually terrain default from here.

Hi Katatty, I went on a download spree of your madeover university community lots today (thank you so much btw, some of the originals were quite atrocious) and wanted to alert you to some incorrect Links on your download page (katatty[.]tumblr[.]com/lotdownloads): LFT's "The Plaza" links to SSU's "120 Crumplebottom Drive" and LFT's "Mirage Shopping Center" links to LFT's "College Corner Market" instead.

It’s a small family home with 3 bedrooms. I didn’t go crazy with the deco because I wanted to keep the price reasonnable.

Lot size : 2x2

Price : less than 40 000 simoleons.

...and another promised lot!

Kind of city mansion or so; 2x3 residential lot. Built with all EPs/SPs, unfurnished and partly unfinished inside (Wallpaper and flooring are only on the ground floor, in the hallways and big rooms). The wallpaper in the big room on the highest level is by me, created from images found by Google about 2 years ago.

Here in the original post the living room is shown being already furnished; the seatings and coffetable are conversions by me, gonna share them later.

Finally, here comes the Romantic Castle!

Residential lot, built on 3x4 lot, costs 173 607$. Completely unfurnished and partly unfinished - the final look of the manor both inside and out is completely up to you. I’d recommend you to use Clean Installer too, since there is some cc included.

If you don’t already have chrissy6930′s Romanesque modular staircase installed, you'll need to install it according to the instructions from this page too:

Well, it took me longer than I originally hoped, but here it is: upload of my Inferno Night Club from retro city.

Community lot, built with all EPs/SPs. More pictures from the inside can be seen here in the original post. 

I am using many defaults, but included is only the one for the modular sofa. Another recommended cc:

1. Clear glass default by Slig

2. White wall/floor edges default
