Mary, my Mother, I give myself totally to you as your procession and property. Please make of me, of all that I am and have, whatever most pleases you. Let me be fit instrument in your immaculate and merciful hands for bringing the greatest possible glory to God. O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. If you don't have the life and love of the Lord flourishing in your own soul, you will not be able to share them with others. But if you do, then you'll be like a flowing fountain of grace—everyone you meet will receive a blessing from God through you.

We are called to love God and one another. That is our primary vocation. The reason we rise in the morning and the purpose of our life on earth is to learn how to receive God's love and then share it. God's gift of life to you each morning is a sign that He has a mission for you that day.

The love which we are called to experience is more than our feelings.  It is a concrete gesture of welcome, of mercy and of helping those who are at risk.  And we will not lack the joy of serving God and our brothers and sisters wherever the Lord sends us.
