Meet Martha, BODYPUMP & BODYCOMBAT instructor at Onelife Ballston. Martha has been a group fitness instructor since 2015. She joined the Onelife Fitness and Sport & Health family in 2016. Martha also teaches BODYPUMP, BODYFLOW and Les Mills CORE. She is working on her Soulbody Barre certification. As an instructor, Martha loves to help participants progress towards their goals and find classes/workouts that get them excited about fitness. She likes to focus on high energy in class with options to increase or reduce intensity. Martha has two little boys at home, aged 2 years and 4 months, and understands the importance of listening to your body and taking options. Martha loves the sense of community within group fitness and enjoys chatting with members before and after class.
