#x#we've been telling ppl how my sister died but not HOW ukno#n i probably wouldn't even bother saying anything but . thEY SURE ARE. TRIGGERING#came across one last night n kept having flashbacks nearly throwing up n was barely able to stop myself frm having a meltdown#had a panic attack a few weeks ago for the first time in my life too#WELL ACTUALLY thats not true i had a panic attack a few years ago#after i found a chunk of skin on my arm after a bad punch up at a party (did not partake) but yeah .#luv my life . luv it. im sayin it all now helLLOOOO IM TRAUMATISED. have been since birth i think#but the new ones a biggin'
