HAPPY HALLOWEEN, Tumblr! Sooooo...remember my take on the 'Steven Falls Over' trifecta, that I did some time back? https://at.tumblr.com/rhys-ravenfeather/so-the-other-day-i-saw-at-least-one-or-two-posts/wtyf8wmmpye0 I know I said I 'probably' wasn't going to do anything else with it, but honestly? With or without Steven, I just loved the idea of Wirt (or Greg, like in the AU that inspired this one) growing up to be Dipper and Mabel's father too much not to do at least ONE more drawing for it. Well, that and the fact 2022 marks Gravity Falls' 10-year anniversary. So I had to do something for GF before the year was out...even if it was months late, and shared with another cartoon. But hey! Technically older Beast! Wirt, even if it IS only a Halloween costume! Plus Dipper and Mabel dressed up as their dad and uncle during their adventures in the Unknown! Mabel even found her own frog (okay, it's actually a toad, but HUSH), plus a newt! Though I partly threw those in as a reference to another cartoon, heh. Plus I actually managed to give the twins an actual realistic scale comparison compared to their dad this time XD Anyways, hope ya'll have a good, and wonderfully spooky, Halloween.
