Woah, I was right!

As of 1/22/25, Idol Land PriPara is celebrating Junon's birthday by adding her character parts.

And there's actually a Junon gatcha.

AND LOOK AT THIS.

Someone at MagiSystem really likes Junon damn. I wish the other birthday recolors had this much effort put into them...

And her skirt has butterflies on it!!

The Triangle SCR has been added (or was that in there before?), and there's still old stuff in here from fall like Ajimi's CR.

Plus Junon has a birthday promise with Kanon.

Apparently, Junon and Kanon's coords were switched when this promise was released initially. Some of the other birthday promises felt to me like characters were wearing the wrong coords, so I wonder if those were intentional or not.

Kanon and Pinon's character parts have already been released, but they have birthdays in the coming months. I wonder if they will get the full treatment as well. (IIRC Junon has always been the most popular of the three.)

Google Play and Apple switch to Magisystem is publicly visible now. if that really was the only issue, it may be back for real today

This thing is an SR and it has more detail than Gaaruru's actual SCR.

Plus did you guys notice the ribbon that goes with the t-shirt is bat wings!?

And even the t-shirt has a tail and spikes on the back. Someone at MagiSystem really likes Gaaruru and I don't blame them.

You know... I think I am probably gonna keep playing as Hinode until the end of the event. She looks better in the grinding coord anyway.

This is the first time I have seen her with all her arcade character parts together since well... the arcade.

It's making me hope MagiSystem is serious about making us able to have multiple characters someday...

They are constantly working on new features but they're already behind their original schedule.

I am also afraid when we do get new characters it will be like, we can change our characters but we can't use them together? I hope not. I miss my team....

I didn't check it before now, but it does say MAGISYSTEM on Google Play. So again, we might be able to play shortly after they return to the office!

(In a way I am glad it was delayed because I have been having a tough week but I have tomorrow off haha...)

To reiterate what was said in August, it seems MagiSystem is working on a new round of birthday coords for 2024-2025, but they're bugged and cannot be released yet.

From what I heard, the game launched with a year's worth of birthday coords already in the code (coords that it could have taken them two years to make for all we know!) so it's been a while since they've created brand new coords.

But it seems like they are still serious about releasing them. They would not be giving us birthday gatcha tickets if they didn't anticipate us being able to use them.

I guess if they are gonna re-release the 2023-2024 birthday coords, they are saving them to release at the same time during the official birthday catch-up extravaganza.

Whenever that is.
