Maharaja Chat The most familiar name for chat in the newest parts of Hyderabad, had to go there as we were waiting for a vendor for our upcoming outlet. Ordered a Pav Bhaji, Samosa Ragada and a Papdi Ragada. Loved the Papdi Ragada as it was crisp on the outside, while the chole used were perfectly balanced in terms of the spices. The Pav Bhaji, over a period of time, has lost its sheen at this place and doesn't seem to be their best dish anymore.
