When is tumblr going to stop grouping everything kpop in the mamamoo tag? It's been weeks and it wasn't solved and it adds to all the other problems making tumblr almost unusable. I'm only here to reblog gifsets and fanarts about my favs but it's getting harder every months. Give me a reason to stay? (Apart from the cute cows pictures)

I started following you around the time I first got into k-pop around 10 years ago, and in that time I never saw you mention anything to do with k-pop. Now here you are in the past like, month, reblogging gifs of a million different girl groups like huh???? you think you know a blog

Tbh I’ve been a casual kpop fan since 2NE1, but mainly for CL. I got some of her posts sprinkled in here somewhere. I randomly saw her live cover of Diplo’s Revolution way back in the day and fell in love with her for a looong time. But I never really paid that much attention to other girl groups/soloists unless a song hit the US charts (like Blackpink, Red Velvet, Mamamoo). I never saw any posts on my dash outside of BTS (*yawn*), so I just didn’t think to seek it out myself. It’s like an outta sight outta mind type deal.

But then I started watching GAP, reblogging posts about GAP, which led me to posting more about gls, which led me to Korean dramas, which somehow led me to finding Bibi (my beloved ❤️), and now my For You section includes kpop girl group gifsets I’d never see if tumblr didn’t show me. Random sets with random idols. Some I know, some I don’t. But they’re pretty so I reblog them anyway. And for some reason I’m now seeing mutuals reblogging them too! So I get to find them in the wild as well.

now im thinking bcuz white kpop fans give me the ick so bad mainly looking at the posts where i was interacting with my now ex mutuals and this is gonna be so rambley but omg likeeee from white ex-mutual number 1 seeing me post abt how much i hate mamamoo bcuz of their antiblackness and then waiting till i fell asleep to reblog a wheein gifset, to white ex mutual 2 constantly talking shit abt jongin's solo music bcuz he knew jongin was my ult but calling himself an exol in the same breath but also mainly treating him as eye candy, and white ex mutual 3 hard blocked me first bcuz i talked abt exo too much like omg??? and all of them always making weird omegaverse jokes abt straykids and talking abt those guys like theyre dolls to sexualize??? its very random that this just came to me but i couldnt help but think abt how weird they really were abd how weird white kpoppies r in general......

Dream trip: all of them? idk, i'm going to glasgow, singapore, korea, and washington DC all in one big trip in a couple months, and i'm looking forward to that. OH! i'd really like to go to cooperstown for the baseball hall of fame someday
