god it honestly pisses me off to no end that my work acts like I'm crazy for speaking out about how stupid it is that we have to check our rosters on a shitty tablet after every single client. they will say that with a straight face as if I'm some kind of idiot. I should blow up our headquarters 🤨

#it sounds harsh but I'm too good for this organisation and job #like i think they are intimidated by me because i am confident do things my own way #I'll go to uni eventually because i know this is kind of beneath me #the clients are great but fuck me this is chump work with how they run it and speak to their staff (management of course)#management are suuuuper icy too they have such a stick up their ass and honestly come across as idiotic to me #refuse to hear anybody else's opinion and push people around in such a transparent way #i know what manipulation looks and sounds like you're not being clever
