Archie McPhee sold those, and I believe sold even tinier hands to put on the tiny hands fingers for an even more Mandelbot fractal effect.
They used to have a Tumblr here, but it looks like it hasn't been active since 2013. The store is still around though.H

Deep Mandelbot - Magnification = 1.05e1046
This is a fractal zoom video of Mandelbrot Set. The Mandelbrot set, with its complexly shaped arms, was combined with a gradation that reminded me of the night sky. The yellow accents are my favorite. The final rendering was done at 4K resolution by mistake when I intended to use 2K, so the image may be blurry. I hope you enjoy it.
