Named after Présidente Mario Garcia Menocal in the 1910’s. I’ve, in consultation with the Waldorf–Astoria recipe made it from Rum, Dolin blanc vermouth, MR vermouth, Grenadine, Luxardo (subbing for Curaçao, and a dash of orange bitters.
