@astrangerfromastrangeland here they are!! congee and focaccia, both are random recipes i nabbed from online a little while ago ( alexandracooks and nytimes ) and simplified for myself

You should be starting a recipe book. I don't give a shit if you're only 20-years-old. The modern web is rotting away bit by bit before our very eyes. You have no idea when that indie mom blog is going down or when Pinterest will remove that recipe. Copy it down in a notebook, physically or digitally. Save it somewhere only you can remove it. Trust me, looking for a recipe only to find out it's been wiped off the internet is so fucking sad. I've learned my lesson one too many times.

#me and my boyfriend are also trying to replicate some pickled celery we had in a taverna #so if that goes well ill post and tag you in that too if youd like #also trying to narrow down a recipe for lightly salted (? малосольные огурчики) cucumbers so i may also add those once i get it #id love to hear about your recipes :3 i neeeed some brownies #also for the congee . 15 minutes is too long in my experience and it starts sticking at the bottom so i just stand at the stove #basically the entire time #this might just be because im not very good at making the flame low low but basically i recommend to not blindly trust the 15 mins #or you may get some clumps
