My boss is making my life SO MUCH more difficult by not following good records management practices. And the kicker. Is that WE are the records management and archives dept and she's always complaining about xyz records transfer/retention issues from other departments 🙃

#franposting #HELLO #like yeah I'll do it but i wont be HAPPY about it #and it would literally be so much less work if it was done properly in the first place #me becoming the supreme dictator of paperwork and info management went #when* not went #LITERALLT everything would be so much more efficient if i was a benevolent dictator #<is only half joking #me??? persnickety control freak??? i think you mean excellent burecrat and lover of regulations and rules and paperwork #but ONLY at work #at home i am mess. organized chaos reigns where im the only one affected :)#bc I know where all my personal stuff is so that's all that matters #BUT IN THE WORKPLACE???? oh organization and accessible data is my BELOVED #anyway its annoying but at least its the kind of work i can listen to podcasts while doing #requires enough brainpower that i dont get bored but not so much that i cant listen to audio dramas
