The #RapidKLBus drivers identification cards may appear to a minor reform but it is a constant reminder to the drivers that they are visible and accountable to the general public. I like the word "captain" which give a sense of professionalism and purpose. The invitation for passangers to greet and say "hello" give a sense of welcoming. I hope the initiative is not just part of lifting the corporate image but more to commitment to serve better. #MenghubungkanKitaSemua. (at Maybank Tower)
