Spiritbox are absolutely killing it in the metal scene right now. Courtney LaPlante may just be the best female metal vocalist we’ve had in a long ass while.

I am always in awe of her versatility and flexibility as she flits back and forth from clean/dirty vocals on stage.

She’s really showing them all how to do it without damaging her vocal chords and sounding great at it!

And Mike Stringer (perfect second name by the way) is like a musician’s version of Picasso on that guitar. A phenomenal artist and technician all in one. I just love his control of the frets when he has to slide and bend.

It took me a few listens but I finally got into Tsunami Sea and I absolutely love it now. Sometimes it does take me a few run throughs before I can really feel it.
