in general I am very skeptical of "Child of" Oc's. In my PERSONAL experience they've all be just half ass characters thrown together with not real rhyme or reason besides "my parents are hot im their hot kid."

But boy let me tell you what.

I saw you around while looking for blogs to interact with (bc im new and the world is scary) and I could tell right away that you put so much effort into your OC. So much love. And you were able to slip her into tvd so seamlessly that I sometimes genuinely forget shes not a canon character if Im not careful.

Shes the perfect blend of her parents and not in a choppy copy cat way. Shes not over the top violent, not over powered, not fall on her sword self righteous ELENA She is well rounded, with the perfect amount of character strengths and weaknesses. You wrote her real. She struggles, she loves, she hates, shes scared, shes brave. You took the time to give her a depth I don't see in a lot of Ocs out there.

You made Katherine love her, and you made me love her. Your writing style suits her personality so well I genuinely creep on all of your threads just a little.

And not once have I seen her be ooc. People say OCs cant be OOC yes they absolutely can. You keep her consistent.

You have a love for your OC and writing that I havent seen often in all my years of RP.

So when you ask me how your portrayal is, my darling MALKA ZVEZDA...

You make your mama proud.

I have spent ten YEARS crafting this person into who she is, I have spent ten years understanding where the trials and tribulations come with writing a female OC, I have dusted and polished the performance, and I still continue to adapt and grow!

It says a lot about a writer when they can really pinpoint what makes a writer a cut above the rest, and I sincerely appreciate that you take that very similar analytic approach to your canon muse.
