Define below basic concept of CRM's security while considering the key feature:

For example, a Team Leader role can export data out of CRM, an Executive access system-wide data, and an Officer role can access data only that is relevant to his/her department (business unit).
Record-based security: Which action, who can perform. In it, individual or team actions can be controlled for a specific record by a controlled configuration. Whether or not the owner of the record can share or access the record to another user or team.
Field-level security: Field-level security can be configured to limit access to specific high business impact fields in an entity to certain users or teams only.
Form-based security: This security configuration can be used to streamline data exposure for a better user experience and to control whether to face any web control. Form-based security can be configured to allow or restrict access to specific forms (s) that expose users or teams to relevant information.
