ELABORATE ON CIRION

i only created him today so he doesn't have a lot of detail yet but. basic backstory/reason he's in skyrim: he's an altmer who was imprisoned by the thalmor for attempting to sabotage them back in summerset, and was later moved to a prison in skyrim since he was seen as largely unimportant and not a real threat. he then escaped and tried to flee to southeastern skyrim, and happened to be passing by helgen during alduin's attack. he investigates, finds hadvar, and goes to warn jarl balgruuf. i also think he has a family member back in summerset who he was forced to leave behind when he was taken, but. i'm not entirely sure yet.
