when was the last time you did something for the first time? 🤞🏼👅 Noch im April konnte ich nicht mal einen Kopfstand. Ich weiß es noch als wäre es gestern gewesen. Bali, die dritte Yoga-Stunde meines Lebens. "ich kann das eh nicht". Vor ein paar Tagen war ich mit der 10-jährigen Tochter eines Bekannten auf dem Boot bei Mallorca und stand ebenfalls das dritte mal auf einem SUP. "ich kann das eh nicht, mich hauts so auf die Schnauze". Und genau da möchte ich anknüpfen: Von Kindern können wir so viel Lernen! Die machen einfach! Denken nicht 10.000 Mal nach, warum es nicht funktionieren könnte!
