Banana Bread with Dark Chocolate Chips

Makes: ~10-12 Slices

Prep: 15 minutes

Bake: 325*F for 1 hr and 35or45 min (clean toothpick)

Ingredients:

3 Ripe banana

1 3/4 C Flour

3/4 C sugar

1 tbsp of bourbon maple syrup (or regular)

2 Eggs

1/2 C vegetable oil

1/4 C Coconut/almond milk blend

1 tsp baking soda
