I've been technically homeless for a month since my awful roommates kicked me out. I'm moving into a new place this weekend but I'm about $20 short of the deposit because my disability caused my hours to be cut at work (I'm trying to get on food stamps and disability but in the meantime I have a job interview next week for a second job). Hey guys, i'm once again in a bind because I just got a new job and my first paycheck immediately got used on my medication refill but I still need my sleeping pills for my chronic insomnia which causes migraines when I don't get enough sleep and am running low on food. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the gofundme a couple years ago, we saved all that money and used it for the first part of our immigration case. I'm heading back to England in a few days and have an appointment with my immigration lawyer on the 24th. We're not sure what the fee structure will be yet, but work has dried up lately (pretty sure my boss reduced my hours after finding out I'm gay but I can't prove that it might just be that she found out the extent of my disability) and I'm still paying off the over $1100 plane ticket ($100 of every paycheck go to paying that off) so I'm heading on a massive trip from Alabama to england for the next 3 weeks with less than $100 in my pocket. i'm literally down to my last dollar because i was out of work for a month. my first day at my new job was yesterday and i'm working 33 hours this week but i won't be paid til next week. if anyone could spot me like $50 so i can go to aldi today for groceries, i would really appreciate it.

New update:

I had an interview yesterday and was told I'll hear back after labor day, another just called last night that is run by my old manager from a previous job who is having me in Tuesday for an interview as a formality. In any case, I will not get paid until probably the middle of the month and I don't have any money right now. I know things are bad for everyone right now so don't want you to feel guilty if you can't contribute but if you can at least boost this? I'm nearly out of food and medicine, I'm rationing both. My phone has been shut off for nearly a month and I need it to contact jobs. It only works right now if it's connected to the wifi and we not only have pretty spotty wi-fi but we also live in an area that experiences blackouts that sometimes last hours. So any help is appreciated because I only have $7 rn. I really need about $30 but I'm going to aim to at least raise $15 and see if there's anything else I can do to supplement the cash
