For your ti&tr au(HHHH) i may be wrong but from the writing/fic post you made yesterday(for my time at least) evan and mike lived together after the bite, so what was that like for them??? Did they fight a lot?? Did they ignore each other?? Please I must know

THEY DID!!

Frankly Evan didn't know what to do, he held his brother accountable, but didnt like... confront him. frankly he'd expected it to be brushed off and for michael to go back to bullying him but mike was just a teensy bit traumatized and was NOT going to mess with evan anymore.

michael wasnt suuuure what to do either he tried apologizing but it was awkward and in the end they just kept their distance especially after lizzie died. michael did however fight a lot with william and evan would try to deescalate those (typically to no avail)

and they didnt fight OFTEN but when they did it typically was shut down by william. they probably didnt have physical fights (evan doesnt want to beat the shit out of his brother any more than he wants to fight with him) but despite wanting to be better, michael simply wasnt going to turn around and do a full 180 especially when neither of them attempted to fix things fully.

they did have a big fight with each other the night michael left tho im excited to do something for that

there was definitely a lot of avoiding each other and evan especially would avoid him (both out of habit and out of discomfort)

its important to note that evan (at least in this au) was 8 or 9 when the bite happened and he's still processing it at 16 bc he realizes "wow 9 year old me did NOT react correctly to that what" and he has a bit of pent up anger and resentment but hes still evan. hes not some vengeful ball of anger hes just frustrated and upset
