In The Frame Today 🤩😋 // Homemade Rasgulla // 🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸 Most of us are lucky to have a Bengali Relative or a friend. Whenever I see her, I'm like " আরে, রসগোল্লা কোথায়? " I know that sounds stereotypical, but I just can't help it 😁😄. I remember the first time I had Rasgullas back in 2010 while we were visiting our relatives in Howrah. वो कुछ बातही अलग थी। The cold breeze with a peculiar smell in the air, humidity in the surrounding and drizzling rain.... I just lived that moment.😇 Some people want to live in their happy pass, some want to imagine their future but only a few want to live in the moment. Once, a friend of mine and I were on a hill top watching the sunset. I took out my phone and was trying to click a perfect pic. I still remember his exact words till day " Tanmay, Some pics are meant to be stored in our eyes, and that's how we create memories which want to cherish." All that remains even after few days of Diwali are these sweet mouthmelting balls of love. Made from Suji, Besan, Pure ghee, I feel laddu is one of the best food innovation 😀. In the season of winter, we tend to eat food with slightly higher calories to keep warm and fulfill the extended daily need of calories. For vegetarians loddus are the best solution. It has Sugar / Jaggery but most importantly pure ghee. I'll consider you lucky if you are including homemade ghee in your meals. There is nothing like it. There are many misconceptions about ghee, but guys ghee plays an important role in the functioning of our body. It acts as a lubricant between our joints and bones, it act as a healthy source of fat and it makes everything tastes better and smoother. So, in the process of maintaining low calorie intake to prevent many diseases, please don't ignore to consume our traditional Recipes.
