I’ve decided come what may I’ve got to have a rest from any form of upperbody exercise and try and allow my left shoulder to heal. If I don’t this is going to hinder my hunter tree climb on the 16th of October. This morning I decided to take to doing so hula hooping exercises with this very heavy weighted hulahoop. After seeing @evolvewithjared posts I decided to try out some one legged hops. At one point my left crucial ligament and ankle was complaining. However since my exercise it has not come back and tomorrow is 100% a rest day as going away for a few days to be by the sea.
