It's time

I could feel the contractions getting stronger and stronger. The pain was getting unbearable.

I hummed through the pain. Another contraction, and another one. 3 minutes apart, 2 minutes apart, 1 minute apart.

OH MY GOD. OWWWWWW

Suddenly I felt a new pressure in my birth canal. Oh my God so much pressure. I, I feel like I have to push.

I put a towel in my mouth, bit down and PUSHED.

A let out a gutteral yell through the towel I was biting on. Holy shit the pressure was insane. The pain was horrible. I pushed and pushed and pushed. Eventually the head started to crown.

AAAGGGHHHH

It was so painful. The head stretched my lips apart with each push. I thought I was going to tear. I couldn't stop pushing though. My body physically wouldn't stop pushing. So I just pushed and pushed. It was so painful, I kept screaming.

AHHHH!!! OH GOD! AHHH!!! GET IT OUT!!! HNNNGGGAAAHHH!!!

The head came to a full crown. I panted and tried to resist pushing. I wanted to let the head come out slowly. Unfortunately I had no control. Another horrible contraction hit me and forced me to PUSH.

AHHHHH!!!!! Oh god!!!!!!!

I gave a POWERFUL push. It hurt like HELL. The head finally came out.

Oh god... Oh god...

I panted and waited for the next contraction.

Here it comes.... Uuugghhh!!!!!

I pulled my legs back, took a deep breath and PUSHED HARD. I pushed and pushed and pushed.

AGGGHHHH AHHHHH!!!!! OOOOOHHHH-

The baby slid out with a lot of fluid into my hands.

Oh my God... I did it... I just gave birth...

They screamed, their face red and hot with pain and fear. Another brutal contraction taking over their body. Resisting the urge to push, they let out a horrifying scream.

GAHHH!!!!! FUCK!!!!! AHHHHHH!!!! I HAVE TO PUSH!!!! I HAVE TO PUSH!!!!

The driver turned out with a horrified look on his face. 'No! Don't push! Please don't push! We're almost at the hospital! Just hold on a little longer!'

I CAN'T! HELP ME PLEASE!!! IT'S COMING!!!! I'M GONNA PUSH!!!!

Their face with an animalistic expression bearing their teeth, they let out a deafening roar and PUSHED. They pulled their legs back, leaned forward and pushed so hard they shook.

GNNNNAHHHH!!!!! *Sobbing* GAH!!!!! AHHH!!!! PULL OVER GODDAMNIT! I'M GIVING BIRTH RIGHT NOW!!!!

Horrified at the sight of them pushing in the back of the car, the driver obeyed. 'Shit. Okay! I'm pulling over!' he pulled over. 'I'm coming!'

TAKE MY PANTS OFF!!!

He removed their pants.

...'oh my god. You're crowning.'

OWWWW ANOTHER CONTRACTION!!!! HOLD MY LEGS BACK!

'okay! I'm here. Breeeeathe. Ready? 1, 2, 3, PUSH!"

AHHHH!!!!! FUCK!!!!! GET IT OUT!!!!

'you're doing amazing, just keep pushing! The head's almost out! Just one more big push and the head will be out!'

They took a deep breath and pushed will all their might.

GAHHH!!!!!!

The head popped out.

'you did it! Just hold tight, stop pushing. We need the baby to turn before you can push again.'

WHAT?! I CAN'T! I HAVE TO PUSH!!!!

'No! Don't push! Just a few more seconds! Here, squeeze my hand and pant. It'll help you prevent pushing.'

They squeezed his hand hard enough to make it crack and screamed so loud his ears ringed.

AHHHH!!!!! CAN I PUSH NOW???

'yes! Give me a big hard push!'

They leaned forward and pushed with all their strength, shaking with effort and letting out the most heart breaking scream.

"AHHH!!!! IT HURTS TOO MUCH!!!! JUST PULL IT OUT!!!!"

'I can't pull it out, you HAVE to keep pushing. It's almost over. Now come on, PUSH!!! PUSH!!! KEEP PUSHING!!!! YES THAT'S IT ONE MORE!'

AHHHH!!!!! OH GOD!!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!!!

The baby shot out of their opening.

'you did it! It's a boy!'

They started having another intense contraction and felt an intense urge to push again.

'what? Oh my God. There's another baby. You're gonna have to push again!'

NO!!! I CAN'T! I'M SO TIRED *sobs*.

'Please push, you have to! You can do it. Please! I need you to give me a big hard push, okay? Ready? PUSH!'

AHHHHH!!!!!!

They pushed so hard the head was out in one push.

'That was amazing. Can you do that again? Let's have a baby, PUSH!!!!'

Will: *a masculine voice breathing heavily speaks* Uh.. hi .. I think my water just broke. I'm 9 months pregnant.

911: Okay, remain calm. Tell me your name and location. We'll send an ambulance out right away.

Will: okay... Hooo hoo... *huffs as a contraction begins* Will... 331 Strenbook Avenue.

911: Okay will, breathe for me. In an out. Are you having a contraction?

Will: *his voice breaks* yes 😖 hoo hoo hoo

911: breathe, breeeathe. How far apart are your contractions?

Will: 3 minutes apart. *The contraction ends*

911: Okay Will, tell me, is there anyone who can assist you right now or are you alone?

911: Okay Will, that's fine. I need you to listen very carefully. Do you feel an urge to push?

911: Okay. I need you to try and resist that urge as long as you can. Do you have a mirror?

911: Will, I need you to remove your pants and use the mirror to give yourself an exam. Can you do that? I need you to tell me if you can see the baby.

Will: oh my God... Okay. I think I can do that. *he removes his pants with difficulty and grabs his mirror. A contraction interrupts him.* OH! AH! Owwww 😖😖😖

911: Will, breathe for me. Breathe through the contraction, I know it's so painful. In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Will: have to pushhh...

911: NO! Don't push! Help is almost there. BREATHE WILL, BREATHE.

Will: ahhh! 😖😖😫 *He gives a small push.*

911: Will are you pushing?!

Will: yes! 😫 *His voice sounds strained and panicked*

911: I need you to pant for me. Okay? Pant, will.

Will: *pants until th contraction ends*

911: good, Will. Good. Now, I need you use your mirror and tell me if you see the baby.

Will: *he positions the mirror and takes a look. The baby has started to crown. He's sweating and in pain.* I see the head! Oh my God... That's my baby.

911: okay Will, change of plans. The baby is coming out and we can't stop it. On the next contraction I need you to take a deep breath and push as hard as you can. Wrap the baby in your clothes. I'll be right here with you.

Will: okay 😭 *sobs* OH! OH! AHHH *he has a strong contraction*

911: Okay, Will. Deep breath. PUSH.

Will: hnngg aagghhh!!!! 😖😖😖😫😫😫😭 *Will pushed as hard as he could. The baby's head crowned wider and wider stretching his opening. He let out a hideous yell in pain, his voice strained*

911: keep going! Push push push! You can DO this! Is the head coming out?

Will: AAAGGHHH YES! THE HEAD IS ALMOST OUT. *Will pushed like hell. The head emerged slowly and difficultly but he kept pushing. He screamed and screamed in pain*

911: Good, keep pushing! Push! Push, Will! PUSH!

Will: HNNNNGGGAHHH!!!!! AHHH!!!! OH GOD!!!! AHHHH!!!!!!! *He gave a humongous push. He let out the most gut wrenching scream and the baby stretched him impossibly wide. He pushed and pushed and the head finally came out.* The head is out!!!!!

911: good, Will. Tell me, is the cord in a safe position? Can the baby breathe?

Will: *he checked carefully in the mirror and with his fingers. The baby was safe.* It's fine! *His voice was exhausted*

911: Good. You just need to push out the shoulders and it'll all be over. Are you ready?

Will: I think so. Oohhhh 😖😖😖😖 *the contraction began*

911: okay, you can do this. Take a deep breath and push AS HARD AS YOU CAN. 3, 2, 1, PUSH! PUSH! PUSH!!!!!!

Will: HNNNGGG AHHHH!!!! HRAAAGHHHH!!!! GAHHHH!!!! AHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *He pushed so hard he shook with effort. He looked and sounded so primal with each push. A look of pain and strength on his face. He was sweating and his face turned red each time he pushed. The veins on his neck stood out. He pushed and pushed and PUSHED. FINALLY the baby slid out with a gush of fluid* oh! Oh my God... It's out. It's a girl.

The ultimate birth simulator

I want to do this SO BAD. I want to do a full 8 hour labor and delivery roleplay.

Here's how I want it to go:

I'll wear a 9 months silicone pregnant belly and a TENS unit underneath it with an inflatable plug inside of me not inflated.

I'll turn the TENS on low every hour at first to simulate early labor contractions. As time goes on, I'll turn it up more and more and have the contractions more and more frequently. I'll keep this up until I almost can't stand the contractions. Then it'll be time to push.

I'll inflate the plug when it's time to push and PUSH with the contractions. I'll make the plug as big as I can handle. Then when the birth is over, I'll place the silicone baby on my breast to breast feed.

What a dream. I want to roleplay like this with a birth partner SO bad. Encouraging me to breathe and push harder and harder until the "head" is out. Me screaming my head off with each push...

Water Birth

He lurched forward in the water and let out a loud, deep yell as an intense contraction hit him. "AHHHH!!!!"

"BREATHE! Just breathe. I'm right here with you. Oh my God this is a big contraction..."

He held his belly, shut his eyes and yelled through the painful contraction. Suddenly his eyes widened.

"I think I have to push!!!!"

Just imagining watching my belly grow from flat to huge. Feeling all of that weight, feeling my skin so tight.

Finally going into labor and feeling my water break after 9 months. Have contraction after contraction. Feeling the contractions get more and more intense.

Then feeling that pressure in my birth canal as the baby moves down. Dilating more and more with each contraction.

Then finally being fully dilated and ready to push. Finally giving in to the overwhelming urge and PUSHING. Crying out in pain as the baby moves further down with every push.

Then finally feeling the head start to crown. Feeling the stretching and burning as my lips separate around the baby's head. Screaming my baby out. Pushing and pushing until the head is finally out.

Then pushing out those shoulders and feeling the slippery baby slide out of my birthing hole as I scream....

At the birth center, Wyatt was 10cm dilated and feeling the urge to push. In the tub he took a deep breath and let out a moan.

Ooooohhhh!

He pulled his legs back. The midwife placed her hands around his birth canal and firmly said "Let's see a push. Big breath in aaand PUSH."

Hmmmmaaahhhh!!!

The pain and pressure were INTENSE. He didn't expect it to hurt so much. He yelled through his first push and he felt his baby's head decend.

The midwife placed a finger inside of his hole to feel the baby's head. "GOOD. That was a good push, Wyatt. The baby's right there, let's go again. Ready? Okay. PUSH."

Hmmmmgggghh OOOOHHHH!!!!

The baby's head moved further down his birth canal every time he pushed. This time a small teardrop began to form. He was CROWNING right there in the water.

"YES. Good job, just breathe. It won't be long now."

Is she coming out yet?

"you're just starting to crown! She's coming! Do you feel another contraction? Okay Wyatt, you can do this. Big breath, PUSH. Good, good. Push push push! Almost there!"

OOOOHHHHH AGGGHHHHH 😭😭😭

The baby's head now crowned at the widest point stretching his birthing hole to the limit. The pain was searing through his pelvis. It was horrible. He felt like he was going to break but all he could do was PUSH.

Oh god!!!! 😭😭😭 GET IT OUT!!!!! AHHHH!!!!

"Wyatt, BREATHE. You're doing it, come on, PUSH! PUSH! HARDER! The head is almost out! Come on now, PUSH! Yes! The head is out! Now breathe. You'll push out the shoulders next."

Oh my God 😭 *Wyatt sobbed from the trauma and felt the next contraction start. He had to PUSH.* AHHHHHHH!!!!!!

"Okay Wyatt, you can do this. I know it's so painful, just a little more. KEEP PUSHING. GO GO GO. PUSH! PUUUUSH!"

AAAAAGGGHHH!!!! AHHHHH!!!!! GOD!!!! AAAAaHaAaaaAAAA!!!!!!!!

The shoulders came out. Now for the hips.

"Wyatt stop pushing! Just let it come."

Wyatt fought the intense urge to push. He felt the baby's hips slide out with relief. It was over. He gave birth.

"she's here! You did it!"
