still here. still taking care of my temple. still fabulous ✨ i have my bad days but who hasn’t. a good night sleep and some sunshine heals everything. ________________________________ currently awaiting for my winter MTB equipment to arrive from france. i must learn to be more pacient. i am daily core training with yoga, HIIT indoor cycling, tabata and i’m eating healthy, getting plenty of sleep, managing my stress levels at work (took me 10 years to reach this level). doing all my chores like a good little kitten, no alcohol or smoking, dopamine levels are naturally gooood 😌. i am really proud of myself. i have to take myself out on a date to celebrate. anyway, not bragging, just wanna make u guys invest in your mental and physical health. it’s worth it ✨ peace out 😘
