Medal 🏅 Monday 🙌🏾 London East @spartan Trifecta Weekend. This venue was gorgeous. Super scenic, muddy, uneven terrain. Def a runner’s course. I would’ve enjoyed it better with a healthier knee. A few more to go! Several firsts here! My first time in London and loved it. A huge thank you to @miadiver for making it so awesome and again driving. Driving here is not like the 🇺🇸 😆 I have to admit I would’ve been in trouble. I’ve enjoyed my short time here meeting new awesome people and filling my belly with delicious 😋 food! @spartan Beast -Day 1 My knee 🙄 still painful but pushing through 🙌🏾 The course was super flat, a lot of uneven terrain, and muddy. It was a nice and beautiful course. Hawaii Spartan Race I landed 🛬 Friday night and headed straight to @walmart after picking up @budget car rental to get my snacks and H2O. After, I went straight to the venue, napped in the car and was ready early am. I went to see a few Ultras go out. For now, I can only live Ultras through them. 🥰🏃🏽‍♀️ Congrats to @sorianamaskar for qualifying for the Ultra Championship woohoo 🙌🏾 💕 Congrats @nestorcantorna for his first place 🥇 podium! Got to see the Spartan Race Ultras take off this morning 🙌🏾 Sending good vibes 😎 @spartanrace switched it off a bit for this one from previous UBs. Instead of running a longer loop on first lap they will be split. Two loops of 16 miles each. Cut off time 9:00 p.m. Extra good vibes to @tommaming running his first Ultra 🙌🏾 Open and age group were large groups.
