The kind of edibles I like! Been on a mushroom kick lately and been reading up and joining too many mushroom ID FB groups. These could have been picked on my last foraging hunt but since I’ve been coming up with nada I just made some. These are made from gingerbread and dipped in some royal icing. The gills are dark chocolate or white chocolate with some lines made with a knife.
