Red Son literally has no idea that his relationship to the Noodle Boy and the Dragon Horse Girl is anything other than a completely platonic group of friends.. who sometimes cuddle or make out or sleep together, but like platonically. I mean, he has probably grown up in household where he sees his own parents behave similarly with Macaque and he believes THAT relationship to be platonic as well, so why would he think otherwise???

This is only brought to the attention of MK and Mei when a third party asks Red Son about taking one or both of them on a date and he is like oh no, you misunderstand- we aren't dating, we're all just friends. And the two of them just look over at him like ??????!!!!!
