me: [messes up administering medicine in a way that I've never had to do before]

me to myself: Oh god. This is awful. I'm going to get bad grade in being disabled, something that is both real and possible to fail at. The doctors and pharmacists are going to point and laugh at me and I'll be banned from Healthcare™ forever
