very important life update for the two (2) people with the relevant context:
my brother's new hobby is baking
#this is important because up until this his only real hobby has been video games#but now he's taken such an interest in baking that my parents got him a cookbook that explains the science behind the Why#dude made the most incredible looking brownies on his first go after studying the book#he also apparently makes the most Incredible cup of hot chocolate completely from scratch#it makes total sense too#my bro absolutely loves a clear step by step list with obvious cause and effect#we had an actual conversation for the first time in almost six years last week and it was really nice!!!#grabbed me in the kitchen and was like 'so i saw on steam you were playing witcher 3 the wild hunt [EYES EMOJI]'#and we chatted about it for a bit#because he has been trying to get me to play that game for literally a decade#he BOUGHT ME that game#we arent on bad terms or anything we both just suck ass at keeping in contact with people#he doesnt really do discord or anything and does Not check his phone so texting him is useless#and i will simply Intend to message someone until i look up and realize its been like six months since i said hello#BUT REGARDLESS! YEAH!#important very crucial life update. my brother has a creative hobby and im SO happy for him
