boss lady just texted and asked if I could please come in for a few hours we r slammed. girl it is not my fault u are slammed rn it is if anyone's. your fault. for not prepping for this yesterday bc we all knew this was gonna happen

#yesterday when a tl got there at 10am we had 1700 picks (700 is pushing it at 10am) 4 callouts and 1 fired but still on the schedule lol #every order scheduled past 2pm was canceled and either filtered out to other stores or pushed to today #iiiii got there at 2pm yesterday and ended up working alone for 3 hrs on unscheduled orders and handling pissed customers #a manager came in later so I wouldn't have to work. fiiiive hours. alone. went home a lil early etc #on average we dispense 160 orders per day - yesterday at noon we had dispensed 90 and usually it's like 60 at most by then #it was set to be past 200 orders even with the caps. overwhelming on a fully staffed day impossible with that disaster yesterday #my current issues. 1 I have 2 days off this week idc if I'm working 28 in all I'm part time for a reason. I am scheduled to be there #at 6am tomorrow. this is On Her for not trying to get today figured out yesterday when she knew damn well this was gonna happen #and she and the other managers have been horrible w scheduling recently #changed my and several others schedules 15 hrs before from partial or No shifts to full shifts.#figure it out. it's my day off. I handled a lot of shit yesterday and have been handling a lot of shit in general it's my day ooooof #off
