hope is restored im going back to physical therapy
#this time for my knees not my scoliosis 😭#my dad took me to give the prescription and everyone was like OMG CAL HI WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE#i missed all of my physical therapists they are the sweetest people ever#i wish i didn’t have to go but!! at least i get to see them all again#it’s either this or going to see someone & potentially getting surgery so uh. i rather not. knee surgery sounds scary#my doctor also gave me a gel that’ll help with knee pain!! haven’t tried it out yet but i probably will soon my knees hurt rn haha#im a little bummed i gotta go during art fight cuz i wanted to focus on drawing but health comes before art at the end of the day#finally getting help for my knees yippee!!#>calibri rambles
