This is just so heartfelt and raw. My heart breaks for her and her family thinking about her mom's cancer. It was such a special moment for everyone out there in the same circumstance and those worried about loved ones in our trying times. I know this performance couldn't have been easy for @taylorswift to do, but I'm so so grateful she did. 🖤
