Writing thoughts “What Has Been”

Recently a question from a reader made me wonder if I ever posted this power and abuse wheel here (it’s specifically for recognizing abuse in queer relationships because there are different power embalances then those found in straight relationships). I have on twitter. I have talked alot about my radiostatic fic “What Has been” on twitter. Anyway I am always so surprised when I here how much that fic touches ppl with it’s realism because it was very much inspired by my own abusive. I don’t think queer domestic abuse is talked about and alot of times we don’t even realize we are in an abusive dynamic because of how society treats us as queer ppl. That’s why I set “What Has Been” during the time of the legalization of gay marriage. That’s why Vox was so obsessed with his image as a bi man in a relationship with another man and making it look perfect even when it was killing him. That’s why I wanted to write Vox the way I did. Someone reconciling their sexuality and realizing they deserve better even if society would say he was the stereotype they wanted to attach to him as a bisexual man. Vox had to be someone who had to save himself because there where no social safety nets for him. Just like so many queer ppl in the same situation (like me). In the end Vox choosing to tell his story on Alastor’s podcast mirriores me choosing to write my story in the from of a radiostatic fanfic. Abuse takes away your agency, your voice and so many things. Being able to take that back is so powerful. You deserve to be seen, to be heard and to be loved. Let no one silence you because your story might just help someone else get free.

Why is it Always 1/8 of a Sex Thing? Striker captures Blitz by making him sneeze (thus incapacitating him). As usual, Blitz tries to make it a sex thing. Will include Stolas eventually.

A rigorous training is nothing to sneeze at (330 words, Lev//er//age): Parker trains for every possibility by making herself sneeze. The new guy Mr. Wilson is confused.

Insufferable (11,400 words, Haz/bin Ho/tel): Vox gets a virus right before the Angelic Security interview and the Vees take care of him. Multi-chapter fic that starts with Vox being an asshole and gradually transitions to him being more and more pathetic lmao.

Guessed it on the nose (1,950 words, Haz/bin Ho/tel): Husk has the kink, Angel tries to get him to admit it. Loose sequel to the untitled fic

Not a performance (1,400 words, Haz/bin Ho/tel): Husk is sick and allergic and is self-conscious about it (and about sex with a porn star in general)

Untitled (650 words, Haz/bin Ho/tel): Angel Dust is introduced to the kink

Composure (3,550 words, Dis/co El/ysi/um: Kim trying to hide his kink as he takes care of a sick Harry

Untitled (2,900 words, Dra/gon A/ge Or/ig/ins): Alastair has hayfever and there's some witty banter among the companions

5 + 1 : 5 times Alastor turned Vox on accidentally and one time he did so on purpose. Featuring one-sided radiostatic aka radiosilence and kink!Vox turned on by his own sneezes. Open to ideas for this one, I only have ideas for 2 out of 5 so far

Vox spies on Alastor and, upon observing a sneezing fit, realizes Vox is turned on by watching Alastor sneeze lol

In Your Dreams, Old Pal

⛃ Pairing: Alastor/Vox

⛃ Summary: Alastor had never wanted to murder anyone as badly as he wanted to murder the version of Alastor that Vox dreamed of. The creature was, put simply, a simpering, effete idiot.

They were in a high class restaurant in some part of the states Alastor didn’t recognize, all art deco paneling and chandeliers that glowed a soft gold, the kind of lighting that made every patron look like they were being filmed through a Vaseline smeared lens; good skin, bright eyes. Even Alastor was pressed to admit it was a classy joint. Why Vox was dreaming of taking Alastor here was anyone's guess.

“Of course, darling, whatever you want!” The version of Alastor at the dinner table made a tittering little laugh, fingers to its chest where the top three buttons of it shirt were undone, and Alastor's claws itched as he watched from behind his menu at the next table. He didn't laugh like that. Well, perhaps he did, sometimes, but always for terrifying effect.

Alastor intrudes on the dreams of his friend and assistant, Vox.

⛃ Content notes: Explicit sexual content, dream sex, wet dreams, jizz in their pants, extremely dubious consent, virginity??, church sex, creampie, bottom Alastor, eventually bottom Vox, incidental cannibalism, not much antler stuff.
