i'd be lying if i said Victoria's appearance wasn't based off of lucia from gta vi lol
as soon as i saw her in the leaks and stuff i thought damn i gotta make her in saints row while i wait for gta vi and ended up with my first female boss.
i tweaked her face to look more like naya rivera, but i think i'm gonna tweak her in the character creator to look like her original inspo too.
