So I have several things I definitely should be doing right now but I have decided to write my little Headcannons on how Claire would meet The Morvants of @morvantmortuary. I don’t even want to pretend I could do any justice in writing them so I'm just keeping  things very general and broad LMAO

So timeline wise in Claire’s story I think she would meet them before she opened her shop? Before she really settled she had a tendency to wander around wherever the universe needed her and with Greymoon being a place of increased metaphysical activity she would certainly fin herself there at one point or another.

Maxi: She would meet him at the cemetery plain and simple. Wherever she goes she always tries to make any sort of Graveyard or Cemetery one of her first stops. That being said she kind of hates them? The amount of residual energy and emotion they hold really get to her and cause her a lot of distress, but with them being such hubs of energy she sees it necessary to show the dead her respect, even if its not her happy place. As soon as she enters the threshold she immediately starts crying. Nothing loud like sobbing, but the tears just constantly fall down her face uncontrollably. Maxi would probably end up finding her standing by a tomb that calls to her just covered in tears for people she doesn’t know.

Rora: Kind of c h e e s y but I think they’d meet at some sort of botany/florist type establishment. Claire loves plants and flowers a whole lot, but she’s not the greatest at growing plant babies from seeds. She can certainly keep them alive but the first time she tried to grow a basil plant and it didn't sprout she spiraled for a few days :’D. She’s in there not only to buy some saplings, but also learn about the local plants and produce for while she’s there :D.

Hector: He is definitely the most difficult for me to think of where they would meet but I have a little thing in mind. When it comes to spirits and ghosts Claire is not CLAIRvoyant (I’ll be here all night people) but she can most definitely feel when she’s not alone or when something is off in the sense that someone who is not alive is here. One thing i had in mind was perhaps Hector spotting Claire looking into the same building as him, looking in the same window and same space that he can see someone clear as crystal. Of course Claire just gets a sense of what he may be seeing, but most people won’t notice that at all. With this and Hector’s tendency to be just tad bit stalkerish, well just maybe they meet that way :).
