#gonna rant here for a second bc if i do it on my other blogs or my finsta ppl will get concerned n i only have like 100 something ppl here#tw ed ment#um. i feel an ed flair up on the horizon like i cant feel the food restrictive mindset n repulsion setting in#i hate how tht makes me feel like i feel insecure n weak n like i cant even overcome things i know i have the logic to outthink#i was so hungry when i left work n i picked up food n showered n saw myself in the mirror n i just. am not hungry anymore#n tht feels bad#bc i try my very best to practice body neutrality n being thankful for the things my body does for me#but then i see myself n sometimes i just feel a little sick#n all restriction is gonna do is make me weak n cranky n hate my body more but i feel as if#if i tried to eat rn i would be physically ill#idk how to listen to my body n read my hunger signs n like i know i should be eating more but AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH the HORRORS u know#anyway :T
