On a cold and windy Sunday night, Plaza Rizal in Naga City was filled with the lively sounds of busking musicians and the aroma of delicious street foods. As people passed by, they couldn't help but stop and take in the vibrant atmosphere. In one corner of the plaza, a saxophonist played smooth jazz tunes, his melodies blending with the chatter of the crowd. Couples danced to the music, swaying in each other's arms under the starry night sky. The smell of grilled meats and fresh fruits wafted through the air, tempting passersby with their savory and sweet scents. Vendors manned their stalls, serving up hot bowls of soup and skewered meats, while others sold refreshing fruit shakes and ice cream.
