Only a year apart in age, CeCe and Kitty knew each other throughout high school, and always got along well. CeCe’s friendship with Kitty’s older sister didn’t come about through them, but it did help to strengthen she and Kitty’s relationship, with them looking at one another like sisters, too. To be honest, it kind of surprised her when the younger Wilde showed up at NDHQ, but CeCe definitely wasn’t complaining, and is excited to have another “sister” around. Kitty has witnessed CeCe at some pretty low points, such as her feisty phase during her teens where, despite her generally friendly nature, she’d find herself in fist fights pretty regularly, and throughout her marriage, then of course was around for the end of it, too. No surprise, just like her older sister, Kitty is one of CeCe’s favorite people, and she’s stoked that they’re living so closely by one another all over again.
