Practice with slight realism and different kind of shading/lighting

Aight smaller explanation here, basically for my art class we had to do a realistic face with four hands with it, so I decided to do Engineer Mark! And I....actually didn't hate it?? Hands are f i n e I know I still gotta work on those, but the face i thought looked really good, so I decided to try it out digitally (something I'm more familiar with), and so here we are!

I do kinda like the digital one more, tho! Obviously causw I got to add in his colors and it was with a medium I was more familiar with, but also cause let me practice with shading and lighting that I don't usually do, plus trying different styles is always good practice for your own style, so who knows? Maybe I'll do this more frequently...
