I made carrot cake bites this morning as a test run...more carrot less butter next time but they were really good
#stuffed 10 in my mouth and gave the rest to my brother#need to dice carrot finer next time less butter and more clove / nutmeg#gonna chop my choc chips too next time instead of topping them so the chocolate is more evenly mixed in#climb bakes
