2. Plug the extender into an electrical outlet. If the Power LED does not light, press the power button on the extender.

3. Press and hold the WPS button on the extender until the WPS light starts blinking green.

5. Move the extender to a new location that is about halfway between your router and the area with a poor router WiFi signal. Wait until the Power LED lights solid green and router link LED lights up.

In case, you do not have a WPS button on your router or you are unable to connect it manually, the third and the last method to connect is through an Ethernet cable.

1. Place the extender close to the Wi-Fi router and plug the extender into an electrical outlet. 2. Insert the Ethernet cable through the ethernet ports on the extender as well as the router and let the client link LEDs lightened up. Note:- Do not use an Ethernet cable to connect the extender to a Wi-Fi router. If you do so, the extender does not work because it is designed to use only a Wi-Fi connection to a Wi-Fi router. 3. Launch a browser to open www.mywifiext.net and undergo the on-screen instructions until the Router Link LED lights which indicates that the extender got connected with the existing WIFI network. 4. Unplug the extender and plug it into a new location that is about halfway between your router and the area with a poor router WiFi signal. 5. Use the Router Link LED to find a spot where the extender-to-router connection is optimal. 6. If the Router Link LED doesn’t light amber or green, plug the extender into an outlet closer to the router and try again. Keep moving the extender to outlets closer to the router until the Router Link LED lights amber or green.
