A day in paradise - at 4,400m altitude enjoying views of Nevados Caraz, Artesonraju (the Paramount mountain), Paria - the "baby" here, and then the impressive Pirámide or Garcilaso on the right. Laguna Parón is the largest lake in the Huascarán National Park at just over 3km length.
