Nik had been told that this woman was one of the finest realtors in the state and so when he'd sought her out and told her that he'd pay a little more than her usual commission--he assumed he'd have an easy time finding a home. But that wasn't the case. It was no fault of Ms. Akman's at all really, it was more just that every single house they found--had something or the other wrong with it. And while Nik was open to renovations and such, he didn't want to head out on his matches next month and leave his lovely wife to handle everything. "So--it's nice, but I don't know if we really need an entire screening room in the house," he murmured before glancing back at the realtor. "But um--does this home have the two primary bedroom's like I'd mentioned us wanting? Because we can try to compromise as long as we're getting the rest of the things on our wishlist."
