Idk something about TenRose just feels like Ten doesn’t value Rose in the way that Nine did, like Nine respects Rose’s curiosity and intellect and sense of adventure and her skills for who she is. And when Ten is dismissive of her, it feels a lot more personal than when Nine is dismissive of her. Like his snide comment about the domestic approach or his reprimand of her in The Christmas Invasion. Like Ten likes Rose, we know that, he’s obsessed with Rose, but he doesn’t really seem to respect her or enjoy spending time with her. And obviously Nine has his moments of that too (his “stupid ape” comment in Father’s Day, for example). The vibe of Season 2 is just off for me and it feels like the misogyny specifically got dialed up and the Ten/Rose relationship suffers for that. Like. I don’t think the relationship shows EITHER character to their best advantage. NineRose reigns supreme, etc, etc.

God that phase when I tried to convince myself I loved Tenrose and that Eleven was my favorite doctor was RIDICULOUS... lmao I really thought since they were the most popular then obviously they were my favorite too.. can you imagine ME as a ten/eleven blog 😂 who did I think I was fooling???
