what is #NOPRESSURETOBER? some time ago I asked you to give me the first words that came to your minds and this list is what came out from that! As some of you might already know, October is the month of #inktober but what you might NOT know is that it is also ADHD awareness month. That's why, this list will be a NO PRESSURE one. You can draw everyday or skip any day, you can do it whenever you feel like and with whichever media you like, you can post the drawings online or keep them for yourself. And you don't have to tag me or share my post or anything! there's no pressure at all; join or don't, it's up to you and how you feel like. Just use it as inspiration and enjoy the process. - Having ADHD I found always difficult to follow things like #inktober eventho I was always very excited to do it. Hyperfixation would kick in and then the mental burnout right after and the pressure of having to finish it, would make me hate it and give up. Then I started realise "if I'm not enjoying it then why I have to inflict this pressure on myself?". I am not less than anyone else just because I cannot do things the way others do them. I'm just different.... and that's more than ok! It took me literally 32 years to understand it but finally here I am. - ADHD is a quite well-known disorder but people tend to think that it's more of a "OH! LOOK! SOMETHING SHINY!" kind of thing. It is not only about disattention, and it you want to educate yourself about it I put a little bit more detailed description here below. Hope it will help you and your ADHD loved ones. <3 And most importantly: always be kind and understanding as you never know what others are passing through.  :) - - - ADHD (attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder) is a mental, behavioral and neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by inattention, bouts of excessive energy (inner restlessness in adults), hyper-fixation and impulsivity, which are pervasive, impairing and age inappropriate.
